During his nearly 25 years of being a licensed attorney, Dale has represented the State of Texas, individuals, small companies, mega corporations, insurance companies, and defended criminal cases.

Dale’s legal career started as a police officer in Garland, Texas. After six years as a police officer, Dale’s first job as an attorney was as a prosecutor in the Dallas County District Attorney’s office where he was quickly promoted to the Specialized Crimes Division and working with federal and state agencies.
Since that time, Dale has worked to represent people and businesses who have been injured as the result of others negligence. The nearly 7 years of representing insurance carriers and large companies has given Dale the unique insight when representing people by knowing what the insurance companies adjusters and claims handlers are doing to protect the insurance company from paying out claims. It has been Dale’s dream since moving to Collin County in 1993 to office in Collin County and to represent individuals and businesses with their legal issues.
